Breaking News... Funded places for CWS students!

We have just learned that the Centre for Women's Studies is providing funded places for their students to attend the Day School.

CWS students: to register just fill in the registration form on this blog or find one hanging in the common room. No need to attach payment!

If you are a CWS student and you have already paid a fee, please contact Julia Carter for your reimbursement.

Below is a provisional programme for Friday 2nd July (next week!). Some details may change as the day approaches although the main structure will stay the same.

If you are planning on coming and would like lunch, please don't forget to register- there is still time!

10.15-10.45am Registration with tea and orange juice

10.45-11.00am Welcome and introduction

11.00-12.30pm Act One: The Personal is Political

12.30-1.30pm Lunch and poster browsing

1.30-2.00pm Alternative poster discussions and open mic.

2.00-3.00pm Act Two: Bodies and Identities

3.00-3.30pm Break with tea, coffee and cakes

3.00-5.00pm Act Three: Adventures in Thinking

5.00pm Final thoughts: open discussion

5.30pm Day School closes

As our day school is now less than one month away we really need people who plan to attend to start registering. If you don't register in time you might not get any lunch!
